Arlington Living Green: Local Changes - Global Movement
Thursday, March 8, 2008, 7:00 to 9:30 p.m., at Hilton Arlington, 950 N. Stafford Street (near Ballston Metro).
Conducted in conjunction with the ACE annual meeting, this free program features keynote speaker Dr. Matthew Wasson, Conservation Director of Appalachian Voices: "Arlington to Appalachia: A virtual tour of the other side of your light switch." The host for the evening will be Arlington County Board Chair Walter Tejada.
New: ACE is pleased to bring the TerraCycle yogurt container reuse program to Arlington. Bring your clean 32-oz and 6-oz yogurt cups (wide mouth cups only, e.g., Stonyfield or regular Dannon, with no lids) to the annual meeting.
